This technique suggests that you dedicate a 20 to 30 minute time for you to work and than you take a five-minute break. When you follow this technique, you can spend your 20 to 30 minute without any interruptions. You can stay focused and then you can take you short break 30 you don’t get too tired either. 7 Limit your interruptions.

Lust but not least, it’s very easy to get distracted or interruptions during work. At first, it might not seem like a big deal but too many interruptions level significantly dropping. So, during work, you have to make sure all the interruptions are sidelined. It’s normal to get distracted by a random conversation with your co-workers but it can really affect your work and productivity. So, find a way to somehow limit the number of times you get interrupted.
